We live in a time where our world, our societal structures and work places are characterized by radical change, growing complexity and fast technical development. At Klustret we want to meet these challenges, that create unique possibilities for innovative solutions and interesting projects.
When Klustret was created in 2016 the intention was to gather people, organizations and changemakers who share Ekskäret’s values, in an environment that inspired collaboration and development. Over time, Klustret has grown to become much more than that, in the quantity of members as well as ambition.
Today Klustret is a lab for development and a dynamic experiment in self-organization. All members contribute to the culture and the whole. You participate in one or more of our circles, where we are responsible for different areas. We try to live and act according to six principles:

Ekskäret Foundation
The mission of the Ekskäret Foundation is to facilitate sensemaking of the world we create and to establish brave spaces for people to explore and work on their inner growth.
Since it started the foundation has developed arenas and contexts for exploratory meetings, dialogue and lifelong transformative learning.
