Workshop: Klustret's Governance

During the workshop, we will explore together how Klustret functions today — organizationally, culturally and economically. We will begin by looking at the desired future state: how do we want Klustret to feel and function going forward? From there, we will turn to the current situation by identifying what is working well, what challenges we are experiencing, and what patterns or root causes might lie behind them.

Before the workshop, a few concrete proposals regarding governance and membership structure will be shared as a basis for the conversation. The purpose of the evening is not to rush toward fixed answers, but rather to build a shared understanding and explore which principles and directions feel important for Klustret’s continued development.
