In this evening talk, we will build a clear and practical map of the mind and explore how transformation takes place within us.  During the evening, we’ll explore topics such as:

• The different layers of the conscious and subconscious mind

• Altered states of awareness, including hypnosis and meditative states

• How hypnotherapy and self-hypnosis can support inner change

• A guided group experience of hypnosis and the alpha state
