Liberating Structures Immersion Workshop - Nov 19, 20

Liberating Structures are game-changing facilitation tools that unlock any group’s collective intelligence. Whether you’re leading a team, running workshops, or facilitating change, Liberating Structures helps groups of any size connect and have conversations that bring what matters to the surface, moving beyond traditional ways of working and lifeless meetings.

This two-day immersion workshop will give you hands-on experience with a wide variety of Liberating Structures, empowering you to facilitate more engaging, meaningful, and productive conversations in your organization. You will leave with a clear plan for when and what structures to use in your context.

A month later, we will hold a 90-minute online gathering to share our experience and get input from others. We will use Liberating Structures, and you will also experience how well these conversation tools work online.
